I have learned with pleasure that you have been selected
to the leadership of AK party at the 4th Ordinary Congress held yesterday.
Shining like a north star with its astute administration,
Turkey is a leader in its area and the whole world regarding democracy, peace,
serenity and welfare and can be a sign for the countries in the region to
pursue in their quest for democracy.
I have full faith that the efforts of the AK Party
Government for peace and stability in the Middle East and the support and help
given to Iraqi Turkmen will increasingly continue.
I wish to congratulate you on behalf of myself and the
whole Iraqi Turkmen nation for your re-election and health and peace be with
you.
